The space
The villa is spread over two floors and offers spacious, comfortable and very well designed spaces for families or groups. It has 4 large bedrooms with queen beds, one on the ground floor and three on the upper floor, in addition to cribs available upon request. Features 3 complete bathrooms, two of them en-suite - one in the ground floor bedroom and one in one of the upper bedrooms - for privacy and comfort. In addition, two bedrooms have a balcony overlooking the Sierra Nevada.

The common area is spacious and bright, with two living rooms and two integrated dining rooms, ideal for sharing meals, rest or enjoying together without feeling tight. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner in comfort. There is a washer and dryer.

Outside you will find a private pool, garden, barbecue, outdoor dining area, sunbed area and basketball hoop. All in a quiet and private residential area, with supermarket and restaurants 5 minutes away and Nevada Shopping, the largest shopping center in Granada, less than 10 minutes away.

The house has central air conditioning and heating in both floors and in all its spaces, guaranteeing maximum comfort throughout the year. Guests can regulate the temperature according to their preferences and schedule it independently for the ground floor and upstairs.

The property has free parking inside the plot and it is also possible to park easily in the vicinity.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire villa and its private outdoor areas. They can enjoy the pool, garden, barbecue, outdoor dining area, lounge chair area and basketball hoop.

They will also be able to use all the interior areas of the house: BDs, BAs, fully equipped kitchen, living rooms and dining rooms. The house is provided impeccably clean, with attention to detail, and prepared with everything needed for guests to feel comfortable, like at home.

No areas are shared with other guests or with the owners during the stay.

The house has bedding, pillows, bath towels and pool towels, all spotless and in excellent condition. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, cookware, pots, utensils and appliances such as a refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, air fryer and blender, as well as other small appliances, so you can prepare meals with ease. You will also find books, toys and pool inflatables to enjoy during your stay. In the bathrooms, there are basic products such as shampoo, conditioner and soap. There is a washing machine and dryer. Everything is carefully prepared before each arrival, with a clean, well-cared-for and like-new feeling.
